Just like many of you who may be reading this, I started my curiosity in psychedelics while in college. My first experience was with mushrooms. Being young and ignorant of set, setting and purpose I used psychedelics frequently purely as recreation. This continued until I had my first LSD experience. The death of ego and the glimpse into dimensions that I never imagined to be obtainable profoundly changed my attitude towards these substances. I learned to respect the incredible power that they can have on our psyche, spirituality and relationship with ourselves and the world surrounding us.

Over the years and growing older and (hopefully) wiser has taught me that the use of psychedelics is really a complete mind, body and social lifestyle that requires the psyconaut to adjust their relationship with alcohol and other drugs that do not support of enhance ones wellbeing.
